Cancel through your booking or contact support@bookqualia.com. We use the scheduled start time shown on the booking, including its time zone.
- Guest cancellation at least 48 hours before start: full refund of the amount paid for the booking.
- Host cancellation: full refund of the amount paid for the booking.
- Guest cancellation less than 48 hours before start: no automatic refund. Qualia reviews the circumstances and any legal entitlement; a host cannot override statutory rights.
- Weather, venue closure, safety concerns, interruption or no-show: contact Qualia for review. Do not treat an unsafe session as completed to obtain release. A cancellation by the host receives the host-cancellation refund above.
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method where supported. Your payment provider controls when the credit appears; Qualia does not promise an exact bank posting date. A reschedule requires agreement and availability and does not silently change your cancellation rights. Qualia confirms any revised booking terms before they apply.
Promotional host credits are restored only after a successful full refund, under the captured promotion rules. This does not reduce the guest's full-refund entitlement.
